 note = {「認知症高齢者に配慮した施設環境づくり支援プログラム」を用いて介入実践研究を実施した施設において、環境づくり前後の環境満足度やストレスおよび高齢者の行動の変化を評価して、このプログラムの有効性を明らかにした。この介入研究の成果を踏まえて、施設環境づくり実践マニュアル（書籍および日本語版・英語版CD）を開発した。これを教材として、現場向けおよび学部・大学院向け研修・教育プログラムを実施して、その有効性を評価した。最後に、環境づくり支援プログラムが職員や高齢者に及ぼす幅広い効果モデル、および環境づくり支援プログラムによる研修や実践の普及モデルを示した。, At institutions where practical intervention research had been conducted using a support program for creating institutional environments with consideration for elderly people with dementia, we evaluated changes in the degree of satisfaction with the environment, levels of stress and behavior among elderly people before and after the creation of the environment, and demonstrated the effectiveness of the program. Based on the results of practical intervention research, we developed a practical manual for creating institutional environments in the forms of a book and Japanese and English CDs. Using the manual as teaching material, we conducted training and education programs for practicing staff and undergraduate and graduate students, and evaluated their effectiveness. Lastly, we presented a model of the wide range of effects of the environment creation support program on staff and elderly people, as well as a model of the diffusion of training and practice using the program.},
