It is to build a model for forming\na system of cooperation and cooperation with related organizations at the\nlocal level, while planning human resource development and an operation\nimplementation system. Therefore, we attempted to grasp the implementation\nsystem and implementation status of establishments by conducting a\nquestionnaire survey on the current situation and awareness of after-school\nday services. A questionnaire was sent to all 753 business establishments in\nTokyo. The answers are [A] (child development support managers) and [B]\n(business workers other than child development support managers).\nIn this paper, the free descriptions of the responses, such as “Issues in the\noperation and implementation system of after-school day services,” The\nanalysis is centered on “problems in improvement” .\nAs a result, all business establishments and employees are finding it difficult to\nsecure and develop human resources due to the salary system and treatment\nconditions. On the other hand, they strongly feel the need for training and hope\nto participate in internal and external training. In addition, in the responses of\nthe workers, there was a desire to receive supervision.
