Based on the literature review, the following points were discussed towards the development of a practical model; 1. practice model based on practice theory of social work, 2. management and linkage systems among departments of each service, 3. verifying effective and efficient procedures, 4. training programs and materials, supervision system, 5. the effect of home visiting social work practice model for families to child-raising.},
