The results indicate that their stress response of after improvement was not significantly lower or partially higher than before improvement. In consideration of preceding studies, theses results suggest that three months after the improvement was the timing when the stress response of staff had not changed significantly yet.\r\nIn addition, the results of comparison of their stress response with other attribution indicate that physical stress response of staff was significantly higher than the other attribution.
