Composition of this paper is second times visit to Neba village, new activity for community development, support for children and parents, relation between university and local community. I prove that young women take part in \"Neba sugikko mochi\", \"listen volunteer Nagomi\" grow up group for planning Neba Village, plan for support house for old people is promoted, Community development card is promoted.
