The relief facility was provided for in\nthe Public Assistance Act and then, it had accepted people with mentally disabled as \"welfare\" entry facilities for the long term under the Mental Health Act. Amid such circumstances, more\nthan half of residents were still having people with mental disabled. In Japan, the relief facility was an option of being discharged from a psychiatric hospital and\nwas a place for people with mentally disabled. Also, through a questionnaire surveyed to the relief facility in Japan, it found that someone was “from a psychiatric hospital to a relief facility,\nand went back to a psychiatric hospital\". A number of older people with mentally disabled left a relief facility due to the death. On the other hand, it was revealed that some people had\ndifference in age and gender, were much easier to move to community than other people.
