I analyzed from 10 successful cases and 12 difficult cases.  In this survey, three categories were generated in the community-life-shift training programs. At the first was [1. support according to users' needs]. It was generated by <highly individualized support>, <continue to support after leaving >and < support by focusing on family relationships >. The second was [2. fostering the elements required for individuals], which was generated by <forge a trusting relationship with other people>, <see myself from the third person> and <determination of going to community>. At last was [3. points to consider\nin support].
