The survey is conducted by a crosssectional mail survey. (N=269; response rate; 33.68%) The content of the survey is on the administrative task, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of administrators.\n[Result] Among administrators, those with a high score in years of experience or organizational commitment are more satisfied with their jobs. Individuals performing administrative tasks have the high organizational commitment, particularly normative commitments.\n[Conclusions] Organizational commitment is related to administrative task and job satisfaction.
