 note = {高齢者施設における認知症高齢者の利用増加を背景に、介護職員による「認知症高齢者に配慮した施設環境づくり支援プログラム」に基づく自施設での環境づくり実践が広がってきている。このプログラムの土台となっている「認知症高齢者のための環境支援指針PEAP日本版３」は特別養護老人ホームでの生活を想定して開発されたものであり、他種別の高齢者施設に適用する場合には、それぞれのサービスの独自性に着目したPEAP3理論の解釈を行うことが求められる。本論文では、デイサービスでの環境づくりにおけるPEAP3理論展開を、入所施設と通所施設の場の相違、期待される役割機能の相違などから行い、利用者インタビュー調査によって得られたデイサービス支援効果との関連で論じていく。, Elderly people with dementia have been increasing in institutions . The practice of creating institutional environment for elderly people with dementia has spread through many various institutions. Many care stuffs use “Institutional environment creation support program catering to elderly people with dementia” in their practice. "Environmental support guidance PEAP( Japanese ver. 3) for elderly people with dementia" ,this theory lays the foundation of the program, was developed at the life in the special elderly nursing home. When we apply it to institutions of other classification, we have to interpret the PEAP3 theory that paid its attention to the originality of each service. We try to give the point to keep in mind when we apply this program to day service center by comparing differences between nursing home and day service center about qualities of places and functions. We explain the relation between the point to keep for creating environment in day service center and the effect of day service that was become clear from the research for elderly users.},
