It focuses on the relationship between research outcomes of the staff menbers participated in this program.\r\nFirst I discuss the curriculum background of the program and its relationship to the innovative research projects of the staff menbers. Secondly, the contents of the program are explained, and thirdly, the result and outcome of the program including the evaluations by the outside committee.
