 note = {高大連携が全国的に普及する一方で、過疎化地域が日本各地で進行し、学校の統廃合の問題が深刻化している。地域の活性化を期待されて各地に設置された高校福祉科の置かれた現状と課題を、過疎化地域に所在する福祉系高校で教員らへの聞き取りによって調査した。介護福祉士や訪問介護員などの養成を行わないこれら広義の福祉系高校では、生徒数確保のための中高連携に限られたマンパワーを注ぎ、特色ある学校づくりを短期間に実現しなければならない。大学教員がこれらの高校で模擬授業等を実施することが、福祉を学ぶことに対する意欲の増進や、上級学校への進学実績に結びつくなど、実際的な教育的効果につながるためには、過疎地特有の複合的な課題を解決しなければならないことが示唆された。過疎化地域の福祉系高校が活路を開くために、大学が果たすべき役割について考察した。, High school social work education is in crisis in depopulating rural areas in Japan. Rural high schools strive to support their local communities while negotiating extreme challenges, among which the foremost is a rapidly decreasing student-age population accompanied by escalating needs for social workers to care for the elderly who remain. This interview study illustrates specific challenges that these high schools face as well as making suggestions regarding areas in which colleges and universities can collaborate to help the current, adversarial situation.},
