However, the goals of the recovery are not easily achieved. This\narticle, to which the author has refined the manuscript note of his last lecture\nat the Japan College of Social Work, described the definition of the goals of\nthe personal recovery with consumers, and discussed their related factors from\nthe perspectives of the WHO's ICF framework. In addition, the author analyzed\nframeworks of effective social support programs using several successful\nexamples with evidence-based practices (EBPs) in the world.
