| 内容記述 | With the policy goal of establishing comprehensive support systems, the Japanese government is promoting consultation support, participation support, and support for community development, through programs to develop multi-tiered support systems. To promote this measure, it is crucial to train welfare professionals who will be responsible for implementing support programs. Therefore, to contribute to the development of welfare professionals and to the construction of support systems in the future, this study aimed to gain an understanding of welfare professionals’ awareness regarding the level of implementation of community care skills, and clarify changes in awareness through comparison with a survey conducted in 2008. The 2019 survey was conducted in four institutions (community comprehensive support centers, designated special consultation support offices, childcare support centers, and social welfare councils) in 500 municipalities nationwide, and 1,247 responses were obtained (response rate: 31.2%). The targeted areas were selected using stratified random sampling method by population size. The survey results clarified that although awareness of the level of implementation of community care skills has increased as a whole compared to 10 years ago, the level of implementation of community assessment was still felt to be low. |

| 内容記述 | 国は包括的支援体制の構築を政策目標として重層的支援体制整備事業により相談支 援、参加支援、地域づくりに向けた支援を進めている。この施策を促進するためには実践 を担う専門職の養成が不可欠である。そこで本研究では今後の福祉専門職の養成や支援体 制構築に資するため、地域生活支援スキルの実践度についての福祉専門職の意識を把握し、 さらに2008 年に実施した調査との比較を通して意識の変化を明らかにすることを目的と した。調査は2019 年に全国500 箇所の市区町村へのアンケートを実施し1247 件の回 答を得た（回収率31.2％）。対象地域は人口規模による層化無作為抽出法によって選定し、 地域包括支援センター、指定特定相談支援事業所、子育て支援センター、社会福祉協議会 を対象とした。調査の結果、10 年前と比べて地域生活支援スキルの実践度の意識は全体 として高まっているが、地域アセスメントの実践度が依然として低く感じられていることが明 らかとなった。 |
