| 内容記述 | The Child Social Work Course is a specialized course unique to our university, and was established in 1998 after many discussions. This course has a history of 25 years at this year (2022). It is a specialized course in the field of child and family welfare that is unique among universities on social welfare in Japan. This course aims to deepen the expertise of students who aspire to child and family welfare at our university and to train social workers for children and families. In 2021, the 22nd batch of students who completed the CSW course. So far, 605 students have graduated from the 1st to 22nd batch. Currently, 35 students of 4 grade are working on CSW training. Also, 3rd and 2nd grade CSW students are studying CSW course. In this paper, the history of the establishment of the CSW course and the characteristics of the CSW course were discussed. In addition, we examined the achievements and significance of child-family social work training based on the classification of all training destinations for graduates. Looking back on the 25-year history of the CSW program, we hope that this will help considering new qualifications in the field of child and family welfare. |

| 内容記述 | 児童ソーシャルワーク課程は本学独自の専門課程であり、多くの議論を経て、1998 年度に設置された。今年度（2022 年度） で実に25 年の歴史を重ねている。全国の福 祉系大学の中で先駆的な子ども家庭福祉領域の専門課程であり、本学の子ども家庭福祉を 志す学生の専門性を深め、子ども家庭ソーシャルワーカーの養成を目的とした課程である。 CSW 課程の修了生は2021 年度に第22 期生が修了し、これまで第1 期生から22 期生 まで 実に605 名の修了生を輩出した。現在4 年生( ２３期生) は35 名がCSW 実習に 取り組んでいる。また3 年生、2 年生のCSW 課程の学生がCSW 課程の専門科目を学ん でいる。本論文では、CSW 課程設置の経緯とCSW 課程の特徴について論述した。その上で、 子ども家庭ソーシャルワーク実習の実績とその意義について、課程修了生の全実習先分類に 基づいて検討した。25 年に渡るCSW 課程の歴史を振り返り、子ども家庭福祉領域にお ける新たな資格の検討のための一助となることを願っている。 |
