| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that cause inappropriate disciplinary behavior among caregivers in general, as well as measures to prevent and respond to such behavior. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted with three foster home administrators in order to clarify the factors that cause disciplinary behavior among foster home staff and the measures taken to prevent it. As a result, it was found that the facility was making it easier for the staff to work and reducing their workload by ""preparing the environment,"" and based on this, the facility was clarifying its childcare guidelines by ""clarifying the direction to aim for"" and ""fostering the staff. However, there were [limitations in coping], and it was shown that there were various [influences of history] in the occurrence, prevention, and response to inappropriate disciplinary behavior. The results of the analysis indicated the importance of acquiring nurturing methods while clarifying the environment and parenting policies in order to prevent inappropriate disciplinary behaviors. It was also suggested that it is necessary to view caregivers as nurturers as well as children, and that the upbringing experience, culture, and history have an influence on child rearing. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、養育者全般における不適切な懲戒行動が発生する要因とその予防 および対応策を検討することである。そのためにまずは児童養護施設職員の懲戒行動の発 生要因と予防への対処を明らかすることとし、児童養護施設の管理者3 人に半構造化イン タビューの分析を行った。その結果、【環境を整える】ことで職員の働きやすさや負担を軽 減し、それを基盤に施設の養育指針を【目指す方向の明確化】で明らかにしつつ【職員育 成】を行っていた。しかしながら【対処の限界】はあり、不適切な懲戒行動の発生と防止・ 対応には様々な【歴史の影響】があることが示された。分析結果から、不適切な懲戒行動 を予防するためには、環境や子育て方針を明らかにしつつ養育方法を獲得することの重要 性が示された。また、子どもと同じく養育者も育てられる者として捉える視点が必要である ことや、育ちの経験と文化や歴史が子どもの養育に影響を与えていることが示唆された。 |
