| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to organize the life challenges that foreign women experience while pregnant, giving birth, raising children in a different culture, to examine the life challenges that foreign Muslim women experience, their support needs. Method: A literature search was conducted using Igaku Chuo Zasshi, Magazine Plus, Medical Online, Pub Med, Pro Quest, and by hand search. Results: Foreign Muslim women living in Japan have a behavioral style and values based on precepts, and as a result, their needs arise during pregnancy, a childbirth and child-rearing. They faced challenges associated with pregnancy, a childbirth and child-rearing in Japan, and found they adopted similar coping strategies. They act to [select a safe and secure facility], experience [being confused by the differences from their home country], and [adjust to the current situation] to [observe religious norms through trial and error]. This includes a tendency to become more flexible in the interpretation of norms, and to become grateful for having met their needs through this process. Hospitals and nursery schools in Japan are also at the stage where they are exposed to the needs of these women, are facing challenges, and are repeating strategies to deal with them. It turns out that we here in Japan need to urgently create a comprehensive support system for foreign Muslim women living in Japan. |

| 内容記述 | 目的： 外国人女性が異文化で妊娠・出産・子育てをする過程で経験した生活課題について整理し、その中でも滞日外国人ムスリム女性の体験した生活課題とその支援ニーズについて検討することを目的とする。 方法： 医学中央雑誌、Magazine Plus、メディカルオンライン、Pub Med、ProQuest、ハンドサーチを用いて検索し、抽出された論文について分析を行った。 結果： 滞日外国人ムスリム女性は戒律に基づく行動様式や価値観を持っており、それに伴い妊娠・出産・子育て期に彼女たち特有のニーズが生まれる。彼女たちは外国である日本での妊娠・出産・子育てに伴い課題に直面し、個人差はあるが似たような対処方略を繰り返していることがわかった。例えば妊娠・出産時には【安全で安心できる施設を選択】するために行動し、【母国との違いに戸惑う】経験をし、【試行錯誤しながら宗教上の規範を守る】ように【現状に合わせ規範の解釈を柔軟化】し、その過程を経て【ニーズを満たせたことに感謝】する傾向などである。日本の病院や保育園なども彼女たちからのニーズに触れ、課題に直面し、対処方略を各機関が繰り返している段階であり、日本社会として滞日外国人ムスリム女性への早急な総合的支援体制づくりが求められていることがわかった。 |
