| 内容記述 | わが国において高齢者虐待防止の法律を制定して久しいが、社会的問題である高齢者虐待防止への道が見えているとは思えない。ケベック州では約30年間ソーシャルワーク実践の一環として地域レベルで高齢者虐待防止に取組んできた実績がある。そこで、カナダ連邦政府及びケベック州政府の2003年の保健福祉サービスに関する改革の概要と州政府の高齢者虐待に対する取り組み、モントリオールの西部のキャベンディシュ地域に絞って保健福祉サービス機関とボランティア組織の実態調査を通して、高齢者等虐待防止に向けたソーシャルワーク実践を検討した。その結果、高齢者虐待防止のソーシャルワーク実践は連邦政府・州政府の制度改革に巻き込まれるのではなく自律的展開と進化をし、保健福祉サービスシステム改革で第一線の公的保健福祉サービス機関がボランティア組織等の協働関係を構築し、地域ぐるみの虐待支援体制を築いていることが分かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study analyzes a tendency to study in conjunction with the care work for documents of care work-related academic journals published from 2001 to 2010 and examines the characteristic and present conditions and theme in the care work. We input titles of 459 documents as text data and performed analysis text mining. We processed leaving a space between words by the morphological analysis and disintegrated it and performed a correspondence analysis and cluster analysis using the component. It showed the tendency that studies were performed most in conjunction with dementia elderly people and family caregivers, curriculum and training of the education of the care worker, the consciousness of users and care givers, the duties satisfaction and the stress of care workers. It was performed most that the studies in conjunction with the change of society, a system and the policy, and the study for the care practice. We examine study contents closely, and it will be necessary to reinforce the knowledge obtained from this study in future. | |||||
