| 内容記述 | 本研究は、本学が目指すジェネリックソーシャルワーク教育のあり方はいかなるものなのか、今後の社会福祉援助技術（相談援助）実習教育に何が求められるのか、を明らかにすることを目指し、これまでの本学の実習教育について社会的背景を踏まえつつ整理をおこなった。また、現状の実習教育体制を示し、さらに実習指導担当教員に対して実施した実習前指導に関する紙面調査、学生への聴き取り調査の結果から明らかになった実習指導の実態と課題をまとめることとした。本研究は、教材開発を含めた新たな実習教育のあり方を検討し展開することに繋がるものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study is to aim at clarifying an effective guidance regarding generic social work which the Japan Collage of Social Work has been highly valuing. The project members of this study have organized our efforts for education in terms of practice based on a societal background. We have also presented a current system of practice education here. We illustrate the reality and the issue on a guidance of practice which have been proved by a survey to field instructors and interviews to social work students. This study will extend to establish a new method in practice education including developing teaching materials. |
