| 内容記述 | 「認知症高齢者に配慮した施設環境づくり支援プログラム」は、施設の物理的環境をまず変えることにより、ケアや運営的環境に波及して、認知症高齢者の生活の質の向上を目標にしている。本研究は、「認知症高齢者に配慮した施設環境づくり支援プログラム」の全国レベルでの普及のために、支援体勢の構築を目的としている。本年度は、施設環境づくりマニュアルの改訂、施設環境づくりの手法や実践事例に関するウエッブサイトの構築、施設環境づくり研修の開発、施設環境づくり実践研究を日本や台湾など数カ所で実施した。これらの実施を通じて、「認知症高齢者に配慮した施設環境づくり支援プログラム」に基づく研修や環境づくり実践の有効性の評価を行った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The "institutional environment creation support program catering to elderly people with dementia" aims first to change the physical environment of institutions, and from there cause a ripple effect generating improvements in care and management environments, thereby aiming for the betterment of the lives of elderly people with dementia. The aim of this study is to construct a support structure in order to facilitate nationwide diffusion of the "institutional environment creation support program catering to elderly people with dementia". In this academic year, the institutional environment creation manual was revised, a website featuring methods of institutional environment creation and case studies was constructed, institutional environment creation training was developed and practical research on institutional environment creation was conducted at several sites in Japan and Taiwan. Through these activities, training and evaluation of the effectiveness of environment creation related to the "institutional environment creation support program catering to elderly people with dementia" were implemented. | |||||
