| 内容記述 | 学生が持つ仕事に対する「就業動機」に焦点をあて、その構成要因を明らかにし、キャリアデザイン科目他の改善策を探ることを目的としている。就業動機測定は、(1) 個人が持つ性格特性 (2) 職業の専門性に対する考え方 (3) 将来の就職先期待価値決定因の傾向特性との関連性を見た。因子分析から「対人志向」「上昇志向」「学習志向」「チームワーク志向」の4 因子を特定し内的信頼性を検討した。傾向特性との関連は、就業動機4 要因との相関で、社会的外向性と共感性で示した「対人志向」と「上昇志向」に対する強い潜在意識は、今後の教育課題となる。「社会的外向性」は、社会と関わり貢献したいという意識を示した。「対人志向」「チームワーク志向」は、対人的な職務理解と職業環境に適応性をうかがわせたが、就業動機と職業の専門性にみられた「自己完結型」、就職先期待価値の「自己挑戦」との負の相関は、集団や仲間を尊重するあまり積極性に欠ける印象が指摘できる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It has aimed to appropriate the focus to "Starting work motive" to the student's work, to clarify the composition factor, and to search for the improvement plan of the career design subject and others. The starting work motive measurement saw the relation to the tendency characteristic of the expectation value determinant finding employment idea (1) individual's character characteristic (2) occupation ahead (3) future to the specialty .Four factors "Personal intention", "Rising intention", "Study intention", and "Team work intention" were specified from the factor analysis and inner reliability was examined. The relation to the tendency characteristic is a correlation with four starting work motive factors, and a strong subconscious ness to "Personal intention" shown by a social extroversion and sympathy and "Rising intention" becomes Educational problem in the future. "Social extroversion" showed consideration that it wanted to contribute to relations with the society. Because a negative correlation with "Self-challenge" seen "Self-conclusion type" and finding employment ahead of the expectation value esteems the group and the companion to the specialty of the starting work motive and the occupation, the impression that lacks aggressiveness can be pointed out though "Personal intention" and "Team work intention" looked for adaptability to personal duty understanding and the occupation environment. | |||||
