| 内容記述 | 災害時要援護者の避難に関して、文献的に研究の動向を把握し、今後の課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。和文献はCinii と医学中央雑誌web 版を、海外文献はPubMed をデータベースとして、検索語を用いて抽出し、それぞれ出版年度、災害種、要援護者の内訳、及び研究方法に分けて整理を行った。分析対象となった和文献は30 件、海外文献は28 件であった。出版年では和文献、海外文献ともに、このような研究は近年増加傾向であったが、研究方法としては、ともにエビデンス・レベルの高い研究が非常に少なかった。災害種は、和文献では災害種を指定していない研究、東日本大震災に関係する研究が多かった。対して、海外文献では、ハリケーンに関する研究が最も多かった。要援護者の内訳は、和文献、海外文献ともに、対象とする要援護者を具体的に絞った研究は少なかった。今後これらの成果と課題を踏まえた研究が必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of literature on disaster evacuation of vulnerable populations and identify future issues. PubMed was searched for journal articles in English as well as CiNii and Ichushi-Web for those in Japanese. We respectively organized the date of publications, type of disasters, type of vulnerable people and research design of the articles identified. As a result, 28 English articles and 30 Japanese articles were identified. Although the number of articles is increasing in both English and Japanese, few studies have shown reliable evidence. Among Japanese articles, there were more studies without specifying the type of disasters and ones related with the Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster. In contrast, many articles in English concerned hurricanes. Moreover, most of the studies in both Japanese and English did not specify the type of vulnerable people. Further studies should concern these results and address the issues. |
