| 内容記述 | 本稿では、本学専門職大学院における実践者教育のあり方について検討する。これまでの教育の取り組みから、学習の計画性、実践課題の明確化、実習及び評価という３つの課題を確認した上で、ポートフォリオの活用について、演習の実例を通して振り返った。また実践者教育、特に有資格者の継続教育のあり方について、イングランドの教育課程から学ぶべき点として、実践の力量（コンピテンシー）評価のあり方を取り上げ、本学専門職大学院における今後の教育のあり方について探った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report will discuss the education and training for social work professionals at the Graduate School of Social Service Management, focusing primarily on three challenges in the field: the importance of having a study plan, clarification of practical challenges, and field practice and evaluation. The effective use of a portfolio will be presented through examples in the social work seminar. In addition, the education system of the Graduate School of Social Service Management will be explored by studying the education and training of social work professionals, focusing on the evaluation framework of social work competency in the Post-Qualifying education system in England. | |||||
