| 内容記述 | Information transfer for Deaf/hearing impaired is making rapid progress, because of recognition of Deaf's language rights and advance of ICT. At the same time, schools and colleges are implementing education in sign languages. Considering Japanese social welfare is now aiming at generic social work which satisfies individual needs, diversification of information transfer is becoming more important. Information transfer is effective as active learning in college education as well as support for Deaf/hearing impaired, because Japanese college education attaches greater importance to communication ability at undergraduate level (=Gakushi-ryoku) than before. This thesis discusses the significance of information transfer as part of liberal education, social welfare education and career education and the recent development of technology of information transfer. I also point out the necessity for a manual of information transfer for Deaf students /students with hearing impairment who study social welfare, a manual for their supporters, and manual for lecturers. For supporters, I present the vocabulary list and video sign dictionary of technical terms useful in social welfare departments. |
