| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、地域において支援を求めない家庭にアクセスし、包括的な支援を行うために必要とされるソーシャルワークの取り組みを明らかにすることである。 研究の対象として、東京都子ども家庭支援センターをとりあげた。方法として、東京都子ども家庭支援センターのソーシャルワークの展開過程を分析した上で、アンケート調査を実施し、現在の到達点を明らかにした。 結果として、援助を求めない家庭に対してはネットワークとアウトリーチが重要であり、実際に取り組んでいることがわかった。この２つの機能はケースマネジメントのプロセス（ニーズキャッチ・アセスメント・プランニング・支援・評価）に影響を及ぼす。結論として、地域の子どもと家庭のニーズを漏れなくキャッチし、支援や専門援助につなげることを可能とするためには、地域にネットワークを張り巡らして多職種が協働し、アウトリーチを行うことが効果的であることを検証した。 |

| 内容記述 | This study analyzes the applying social work that holistic support for involuntary family in the community. First, I analyzed the development process of The Child and family support center in TOKYO. Second, I survayed in The Child and family support center and knew the present circumstance. As a result, I recognized that it is important the network and the outreach, and they are working in practice. These two features affect the Case management process- needs chatch, assessment, planning,support, and evaluation. In conclision, The Center should make the netwark, work with various institutions and people, and do the outreach. These actions make it possoble to chatch the chaildren and family's needs of community and connect to support and supecial aid. |
