| 内容記述 | The goal of this study was to uncover the factors that aid the social workers’ability to perform their role and to improve their professional position in hospitals. Researchers interviewed 20 medical social workers using a probing interview method and results were analysed through a qualitative content analysis. Purposive sampling was initiated. The number of initial codes was 17. After combining some of the codes, they were finally classified into four categories falling under two major themes: “Social work profession-related factors” and “Environmental factors”. The “Social work profession-related factors” included two categories, namely, “Profession development” and “Redefining and revealing specialized roles”. The “Environmental factors” also included two categories, namely, “Maturity of the social environment of the hospital” and “Maturity of the social environment of the Ministry of Health”. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は, ソーシャルワーカーの役割遂行能力を促進し、病院での職業的地位を改善する因子を明らかにすることである。本調査は、有意標本抽出法を用いて、医療ソーシャルワーカー20 名を選び、本調査の対象者とした。調査方法は調査インタビュー法を用いて実施した。また、インタビュー内容は定性的分析を行った。調査分析の結果、17コードが示された。それらを統合した結果、「ソーシャルワーク関連要因」と「環境要因」の二つに大きく分類された。「ソーシャルワーク関連要因」には「人材育成」と「専門的役割の再定義と役割特性の明確化」の二つのカテゴリーが含まれていた。「環境要因」には、「社会環境である病院の成熟化」と「社会環境である保健省の成熟化」の二つのカテゴリーが含まれていた。 | |||||
