| 内容記述 | Because of recent amendments in Japan’s long-term care insurance system, life support coordinators have been assigned to each municipality to foster community building. However, as such assignments are relatively new, some coordinators have been struggling to execute their tasks. In this study, in order to explore the factors and solutions to the difficulties faced by life support coordinators in community work, we conducted a questionnaire survey in two cities in 2018 targeting Level 2 life support coordinators posted in Community General Support Centers, and obtained responses from 73 persons. Based on the results of factor analysis, “the method of community work,” “workplace support,” “community information,” and “the lack of cooperation with other organizations” were identified as the “causes of the difficulties in community work.” Further, “understanding community information and building relationships,” “workplace support,” “objective reflection,” “learning about other communities,” and “attending community work meetings,” were identified as the “solutions to the factors causing difficulties in community work.” It is important to utilize these findings for the training of those presently posted and for training certified social workers in the future. for the training of those presently posted and for training certified social workers in the future. 介護保険制度改正により、地域づくりを担う人材として生活支援コーディネーターが各市区町村に配置された。しかし、配置されて間もないことから業務遂行において困難さを感じている人々もいる。そこで本研究では、生活支援コーディネーターの地域支援を困難にさせる要因と、その困難を解決する方法は何かを探索的に探るため、2018 年に2 つの市で地域包括支援センターに配置されている第2 層生活支援コーディネーターへアンケート調査を行い、73 名から回答を得た。因子分析の結果をふまえて「地域支援困難要因」として「地域支援方法」、「職場内サポート」、「地域情報」、「他機関連携」の不足、「地域支援困難要因解決方法」として「地域情報把握と関係形成」、「職場内サポート」、「客観的省察」、「他地域の学習」、「地域支援会議出席」が見えてきた。これらを今後の現任研修や社会福祉士養成に生かすことが重要である。 |
