| 内容記述 | This study's objective was to clarify the perception of corporal punishment in Germany through concept analysis and to examine the characteristics and use to prohibit corporal punishment. The concept was defined by analyzing the pre-requirements, attributes, and consequences of the concept using the Rodgers concept analysis method. As a result of the analysis, the attributes are "width of social recognition," "action applied in the practice of raising children," "actions contrary to sociocultural norms," however, the preceding requirements are "social risk factors" and "personal." "Risk factors" were extracted, and "negative effects" and "avoidance methods" were extracted as a result. The results of this study suggest the necessity of enforcing the prohibition law on corporal punishment in child-rearing and improving the child-rearing environment, child-rearing habits, and experience of incurring damage. 本研究は、ドイツにおいて体罰がどのように認識されているのかを概念分析を通して明らかにすることにより、その特徴と体罰禁止に向けた取組への概念活用を検討することを目的とした。Rodgers の概念分析法を用いて概念の先行要件、属性、帰結を分析し概念を定義した。分析の結果、属性は《社会的認識の幅》、《養育の慣行として用いられる行為》、《社会文化的規範に反する行為》が、先行要件は《社会的なリスク要因》と《個人的なリスク要因》が、帰結では《ネガティブな影響》と《回避の方法》が抽出された。本研究の結果から、養育における体罰について禁止法制の施行だけでなく、子育て環境の改善や養育の慣習、被害体験に目を向けた取組が必要であることが示唆された。 |
