| 内容記述 | The author had proceeded the Support Project for Students with Hearing Impairment from 2010 to 2019 subsidized by the Nippon Foundation. This is the report of the project; general/liberal education classes in Japanese Sign Language by Deaf professors and giving credits to JCSW students and other students as well by credit transfer system; Access services in all classes and seminars taken by hearing impaired students; Support for hearing impaired high school students intending to go to college. This project had protected the human rights of Deaf and hard of hearing. It was completed and taken over to the new project called “Educating Internationally Aware Deaf Peer Social Worker.” This is the report of ten years of the project and its achievement related to the new project. 本レポートは日本財団「聴覚障害者大学教育支援プロジェクト」に１０年間携わってきた中で、それが聴覚障害者の権利、日本手話の言語権をどう守って来たかということを総括したものである。学内での聴覚障害をもつ学生の情報保障、学内外の日本手話話者のための「手話による教養大学」、そしてろう・難聴高校生のための大学受験支援が様々なプログラムに派生したことも示す。このプロジェクトの中の柱のひとつ、「手話による教養大学」が、日本財団新プロジェクト「国際的視野をもった当事者ソーシャルワーカー養成」につながった理論的根拠も述べている。 |
