| 内容記述 | To explore the implications of support given to parents who were prone to applying inappropriate discipline techniques to their children, we conducted the semi-structured interviews with one child welfare officer and two child psychology officers at a child consultation center. The qualitative data was analyzed using the steps for coding and theorization (SCAT). The result indicated that implications could help the officers at the child consultation center understand appropriate and effective intervention techniques for inappropriate parental disciplinary behaviors. For example, the approach implications included “social support for parental disciplinary behaviors,”“socialization support for the parents to become an advocator,”and“setting a supportive environment for correcting parental disciplinary behavior.”Additionally, the implications suggested by the responses obtained from each study participant also included“guidance on preventing the recurrence of abusive disciplinary behaviors,”“psychological support focused on the parents who had abusive disciplined personal history,” “socialization support for the parents to become caregivers who advocate the rights of their children,”and "providing highly professional and tailor-made support.”Further research and practice regarding parent discipline are required to expand upon these findings and implications. 本研究は、不適切な懲戒をする傾向のある保護者に対する支援の意味を明らかにす るために、児童相談所の児童福祉司 1 名と児童心理司 2 名にインタビュー調査を行った。 得られた質的データは、SCAT（Step for coding and theorization）を用いて分析 した。その結果、保護者の不適切な懲戒行動に対する適切で効果的な介入技術について、 児童相談所の支援者が理解するのを助ける示唆が得られた。例えば、「懲戒行動に対する社 会的家庭支援」、「権利擁護者としての社会化支援」、「懲戒行動改善支援環境の構築」など である。さらに、各参加者から得られた回答から、暴力の再発防止指導だけでなく、被懲 戒の個人史に焦点化した心理的支援を行うこと、子どもの権利を保障する養育者となるよ うに社会化支援を行うこと、専門性の高いテーラーメイドな支援を提供することであるこ とが示唆された。 これらの知見と示唆をさらに発展させるため、保護者の懲戒に関するさらなる研究と実践 が必要である。 |
