| 内容記述 | アジア太平洋ソーシャルワーク教育連盟（APASWE）は1974年に「アジア地域ソーシャルワーク教育連盟（ARASWE）」として設立した。太平洋諸国の会員校に配慮し1981年にAPASWEに改称し現在に至っている。APASWEはアジア太平洋地域におけるソーシャルワークおよび社会福祉教育の推進と発展に貢献することを目的とした、非営利・非宗教組織である。APASWEは設立以来37年間の小史がまとめられておらず、時の流れの中でその活動資料は散逸、組織の設立・運営に貢献した人物たちも他界しつつある。 本研究の第一段階では、APASWE歴史研究会が組織され、2010年度みずほ福祉助成財団の助成により調査研究を実施した。本報告はその第二段階として2012年度より実施している「アジア地域におけるソーシャルワーク教育の国際化」研究の中間報告である。本稿では各期の活動及び組織の実態が記録されている。 本研究はAPASWEの小史をまとめ、世界のソーシャルワーク研究で欠落している地域レベルの研究を進めることにより、ソーシャルワークの真のグローバル化に寄与することを最終の目的としている。 |

| 内容記述 | APASWE is an organization to promote social work education in the Asia-Pacific region. During the three decades since its establishment, APASWE’s historical materials have been kept apart, amongst several institutions and contributors. The APASWE History Review Research Team finished the one-year project which was financially supported by the generous grant from Mizuho Fukushi Josei Zaidan. Tatsuru Akimoto, the President of APASWE, was the head of this project. Mainly, six Japanese researchers coordinated this project with collaboration with several other researchers. The research carried out in corporation with the APASWE. APASWE’s 37 years can divided into four periods, by the geographic distribution of the countries/regions of Presidents and active Board members. In this paper authors describe APASWE activity and organizational condition of each period. We are still yet on the half way to analyze each facts. However, the object of this paper is to dig out historical facts and record them. The project was started as the first step to start the regional research in this region. The long-term goal of this project is to contribute to establishing social work as a global profession. |
