| 内容記述 | As the theoretical framework, the Child Protection Model, the Childrearing Family Service-oriented Model, and the Child-centered Model were taken up as three models for dealing with child abuse. It is the“Child Rights Advocacy and Protection 3 Model". In particular, regarding the Child-centered Model, (1) “Relationships around children" from the perspective of Relationship Specific Disorder, (2) the relationship between DV and child abuse -“control-controlled by violence and abuse are acceptable in Home", (3) Child-centered model -by paying attention to the relationships around children, the people around them have no choice but to cooperate in child-rearing-. (4) The core of the Child-centered Model. It is summarized from“the right to express opinions" and“guarantee of the place to talk". After that, the author created a step-by-step program of“Childrearing Support Clinical Approach" (Standard Version). (1) Fostering awareness of children's human rights and the right to safe and secure parenting (First stage), (2)Discipline and abuse discrimination, concrete presentation of distinction (Second stage), (3) Consideration of social context and culture in child-rearing situations (3rd stage), (4) Recollection and coping with the history of discipline (4th stage), (5) Specific methods of Child-rearing Support, and Reconfirmation of the Childcentered model (Fifth stage), (6) Five points for the caregiver to be a“disciplinevessel"(Sixth stage). Finally, the author discussed the significance of Child-rearing Support Clinical Approach based on the“Child Rights Advocacy and Protection 3 Model" focusing on the“history of disciplinary action" of caregivers. 本研究の理論的な枠組みとして、『子どもの権利擁護３モデル』が子育て支援臨床の基底をなすことを論じた。特に子ども中心モデルについて、（１）関係特異性障害の観点から見た子どもの周りの関係性、（２）ＤＶと子ども虐待との関連、（３）子ども中心モデル、（４）意見表明権と「語る場の保障」、からまとめた。その上で、『子育て支援臨床アプローチ』（スタンダード版）を作成した。 （１）子どもの人権及び安心・安全な養育への権利研究報告 研究紀要 第 68 集－ 212 －についての意識の醸成、（２）しつけと虐待の鑑別、峻別の具体的な提示、（３）子育て場面における社会的文脈や文化を考慮すべきこと、（４）被懲戒の歴史の想起と対処方法、（５）子育て支援の具体的な方法及び子ども中心モデルの再確認、（６） 養育者が「愛着の器」であるための 5 つの要点である。最後に、『子どもの権利擁護３モデル』に基づく子育て支援臨床アプローチの意義と今後の展開について論じた。 |
