| 内容記述 | This paper summarizes international trends regarding the relationship between social work and the natural environment. The purpose of the study was to identify the recent position of international professional bodies of social work related to the natural environment. To achieve this, a literature review was conducted. Main international documents by the International Association of Schools of Social Work (IASSW) and the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW) were studied and content associated with the natural environment was extracted. Standards and other documents by international professional bodies, IFSW policy papers, as well as relevant actions and outcomes that expand beyond the professional community were covered. It is clear from the study that the deterioration of the natural environment such as climate change is having a serious impact on people, and social work is increasingly expected to address related issues. Many new conceptual and theoretical frameworks necessary for this are being proposed. There is further need to study cases both domestically and internationally from the field of practice and education that reflect such new trends. |

| 内容記述 | 本稿は、ソーシャルワークと自然環境の関係をめぐる国際的な動向についてまとめて いる。研究目的は、ソーシャルワークにおける国際的な専門職等団体の自然環境に関する立 場を明らかにすることであった。目的を達成するために、文献調査を行った。国際ソーシャ ルワーク学校連盟（IASSW） や国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟（IFSW） が採択している近 年の主要な国際文書を対象とし、自然環境に関する内容を抽出した。国際的な専門職等団 体による基準等文書、IFSW のポリシーペーパー、また専門職界の範囲を越えた関連アクショ ン及びその成果について取り上げた。気候変動などの自然環境の悪化は、人々にも深刻な 影響を与えているため、関連課題へのソーシャルワークの取り組みがますます期待されてい ることが分かった。また、それに必要な概念・理論枠組みが多く提唱されている。今後、こ のような新しい動向を反映している実践及び教育現場の事例の国内外調査が求められる。 |
