| 内容記述 | 本研究では、子育て家庭のための家庭訪問型ソーシャルワーク実践モデルを構築していくために必要な文献レビューを行い、家庭訪問サービスの供給システム等に関する実態やその問題点等から、 家庭訪問型ソーシャルワーク実践モデルの枠組みと構成要素を試案し、各フェーズの実施手続きに関する知見を整理した。それを踏まえ、実践モデルの開発に向けて、１．ソーシャルワークの実践理論にもとづく実践モデル、２．各事業やその管轄部署間のマネージメントシステムと連携システム、３．効果的・効率的手続きの検証、４．研修プログラムと教材、スーパービジョンシステム、５．子育て家庭のための家庭訪問型ソーシャルワーク実践モデルの効果の点について考察を加えている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study, through literature review necessary in order to develop a home visiting social work practice model for families to child-raising, formed a framework and components of the practice model considering the actual situation and problems of the providing system of the home-visit services, and organized the findings on the implementation procedures of each phase. Based on the literature review, the following points were discussed towards the development of a practical model; 1. practice model based on practice theory of social work, 2. management and linkage systems among departments of each service, 3. verifying effective and efficient procedures, 4. training programs and materials, supervision system, 5. the effect of home visiting social work practice model for families to child-raising. | |||||
