| 内容記述 | 日本社会の文化的多様化に伴い、文化的に多様な人々を取り巻く社会問題も起きている。本研究では、ソーシャルワーク教育の文化的多様性に関するグローバル基準を満たした教育プログラムの日本における開発のために参考になるアメリカとカナダのソーシャルワーク学士課程の訪問調査を実施した。両国の学校認可基準の関連規定を把握した後、各国の実際の大学カリキュラムを調べた。アリゾナ州立大学とヨーク大学において、文化的多様性に関する教育理念及び目標、科目、実習教育、また両大学で活用されている教授法・学習法について情報を収集した。次に、両国で行われているソーシャルワーク教育と文化的多様性に関するグローバル基準の比較検討を行った。それを通じて、各国が本基準にどのように対応しているか明らかにした。それに基づいて、文化的多様性に関する日本のソーシャルワーク教育プログラムの開発に向けた今後の課題を整理した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | With the cultural diversification of Japanese society, social problems surrounding culturally diverse people are also occurring. In this research, I conducted a field survey of Bachelor of Social Work courses in the United States and Canada that may be of reference for the development of an education program in Japan that would satisfy the Global Standards of social work education on cultural diversity. After gaining understanding of the respective regulations in both countries’ school accreditation standards, I studied actual university curricula in each country. At Arizona State University and York University, I collected information about educational mission and goals, courses and field education with regard to cultural diversity, as well as teaching/learning methods used in both schools. Next, I compared social work education in these two countries to the Global Standards on cultural diversity. Through this, I made clear how each country responds to these standards. Based on this, I clarified future issues towards the development of a Japanese social work education program about cultural diversity. | |||||
