| 内容記述 | In recent years, the establishment of general consultation and support centers and the placement of community social workers have been spreading as an effort to resolve the problem of compartmentalization in Japan’s social welfare system and as an approach to the problem of needs not covered by the system. This community social worker is not positioned in national law, but is unique initiatives of each local government, so the required roles and the roles it plays are different. To investigate the range of individual and family support functions performed by community social workers at general consultation and support centers, this study analyzed the support records of community social workers in City A from April 1 to April 30, 2018, and they discovered the following seven functions: (1)Attentive listening(assessment), (2)Service introduction and coping suggestion, (3)Coordination and Liaison (information sharing and reporting), (4) Coordination and Liaison (consultations and requests), (5)Procedural support, (6)Provision of commodities, (7)Accompany support. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 近年、日本の社会福祉制度における縦割りの問題を解決するため、そして制度の狭間の問題に対応していくための取り組みとして、総合相談支援窓口の設置やコミュニティソーシャルワーカーの配置が広がってきている。このコミュニティソーシャルワーカーは国の法律に位置づけられたものでなく、各市区町村の自主的な取り組みであることから、求められている役割や担っている役割が異なっている。そこで本研究では、総合相談支援窓口に配置されているコミュニティソーシャルワーカーが個別支援においてどのような機能を果たしているのかを明らかにするため、Ａ市のコミュニティソーシャルワーカーが2018 年 4 月 1 日から 30 日に対応した支援記録をもとに分析を行い、その結果、①傾聴（状況確認）、②資源紹介、対応提案、③連絡調整（情報共有・報告）、④連絡調整（相談・依頼）、⑤手続き支援、⑥物資提供、⑦同行支援という７つの機能が見いだされた。 | |||||
