| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify the factors related to discipline and child abuse to construct a caregiver support program to prevent child abuse. This article reviews the boundary of discipline and child abuse in Japan. Then a semi-structured interview was conducted with professionals who are working in France, where the corporal punishment prohibition law was enforced in 2018, and content analysis was conducted. From the results of the content analysis, eight elements related to discipline and child abuse have been clarified, and critical viewpoints of supporting caregivers were extracted. The findings are as follows: including the acquisition of discipline method, a supporter from experts and difficulty in discriminating discipline and child abuse, and more. For supporting caregivers, it is necessary to show how to raise children, including specific discipline skills, and offering support from experts. The result of the study leads the hypothesis of the process of disciple and the factors that supporters should be considered. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 児童虐待が起きる重要な背景要因として、しつけ（懲戒行動）に関する認識と児童虐待との境界の不明瞭さがあげられる。本研究では、児童虐待の発生を予防するための養育者支援プログラムを構成することを目的として、しつけと児童虐待に関連する要因を明らかにした。日本における懲戒を含むしつけと虐待との境界に関する議論を整理し、2018年に体罰禁止法を施行したフランスにおいてインタビュー調査を行った。調査の結果から、しつけと児童虐待に関係する要素として、具体的なしつけ方法の獲得、専門家の支援、しつけ／虐待の判断の難しさ、などを含む8 つの要素が明らかとなり、養育者支援における重要な視点を抽出した。今後の養育者支援においては、具体的なしつけを含む子どもの養育方法を示す必要があること、専門家の支援が必要であることを示し、しつけのプロセスに関する仮説と、養育者支援において支援者が検討するべき要素に関する仮説を示した。 | |||||
