| 内容記述 | BIn this study, I conducted an interview about community-life-shift training programs at rescue facilities. I analyzed from 10 successful cases and 12 difficult cases. In this survey, three categories were generated in the community-life-shift training programs. At the first was [1. support according to users' needs]. It was generated by <highly individualized support>, <continue to support after leaving >and < support by focusing on family relationships >. The second was [2. fostering the elements required for individuals], which was generated by <forge a trusting relationship with other people>, <see myself from the third person> and <determination of going to community>. At last was [3. points to consider in support]. It was generated by <the program timing >, <repeat assessment> and <overlap of mental disorders and other diseases>. 本研究では、救護施設で実施されている居宅生活訓練事業についてインタビュー調査を実施し、10 の成功事例と12 の困難事例から分析を行った。今回の調査では、居宅生活訓練事業における支援において、3 つのカテゴリーが生成された。〈個別性の高い支援〉、〈退所後支援の必要性〉、〈家族関係を評価した支援〉の3 つの概念から［１．利用者の希望に沿った支援］が生成された。〈関係を構築する力〉、〈現在の自分を認める力〉、〈地域移行の決意〉の概念から、［２．個人が習得する要素］、そして、〈居宅生活訓練事業とタイミング〉、〈繰り返し実施するアセスメント〉、〈精神障害と他の疾病の重複〉から［３．支援において配慮すべき点］である。これらのカテゴリーや概念が揃う事で支援が継続されることが望ましいが、不足した部分を他の概念等で補い、個別性の高い支援を展開することが求められることが明らかになった。 |
