| 内容記述 | The realization of personal recovery with consumers of severe mental illness comes to be one of major goals for social support of recent years in the world. However, the goals of the recovery are not easily achieved. This article, to which the author has refined the manuscript note of his last lecture at the Japan College of Social Work, described the definition of the goals of the personal recovery with consumers, and discussed their related factors from the perspectives of the WHO's ICF framework. In addition, the author analyzed frameworks of effective social support programs using several successful examples with evidence-based practices (EBPs) in the world. From these points, the author discussed importance of co-production with consumers, practitioners, and researchers for building recover-centered social services, and provided a practical method of Practitioner and peer-Based Empowerment Evaluation (PBEE). The author also discussed the significance and possibilities of the method as a new major scientific direction for macro practice social work. 当事者のリカバリー実現は、近年、精神障碍のある人たちの重要な支援ゴールと考 えられるようになったが、その実現は容易に進行していない。著者による最終講義の講演 内容を原稿化した本稿では、まず支援ゴールとしての「当事者のリカバリー実現」とは、 どのようなものであるのかを国際生活機能分類 ICF の枠組みから捉え、リカバリー実現の ために重要な条件を示した。その上で、国際的な成功例（EBP プログラム等）から支援の 枠組みについて検討を加えた。以上を踏まえて、リカバリー志向サービスの共同創造の重 要性について議論し、そのための方法として、著者らが開発して来た「当事者・実践家が 参画する協働型「プログラム開発と評価」の方法」を示した。その上でその方法の、マク ロ実践ソーシャルワークから見た意義と可能性を論じた。 |
