| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify the business purpose of the workplace organization, its behavioral standards, and evaluation standards in the after-school day service management. It is to build a model for forming a system of cooperation and cooperation with related organizations at the local level, while planning human resource development and an operation implementation system. Therefore, we attempted to grasp the implementation system and implementation status of establishments by conducting a questionnaire survey on the current situation and awareness of after-school day services. A questionnaire was sent to all 753 business establishments in Tokyo. The answers are [A] (child development support managers) and [B] (business workers other than child development support managers). In this paper, the free descriptions of the responses, such as “Issues in the operation and implementation system of after-school day services,” The analysis is centered on “problems in improvement” . As a result, all business establishments and employees are finding it difficult to secure and develop human resources due to the salary system and treatment conditions. On the other hand, they strongly feel the need for training and hope to participate in internal and external training. In addition, in the responses of the workers, there was a desire to receive supervision. In the future, it will be important to enhance the training system and provide supervision in order to improve after-school day services. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、障がいのある子どもの放課後等デイサービス事業において、事業 所が職場組織の事業目的とその行動基準、評価基準を明確にし、組織人材を活かした効果 的サービス提供を可能にする人材育成と運営実施体制を図るとともに、地域レベルで関係 機関との連携・協働体制を形成するモデルを構築することである。そのため、放課後等デ イサービス事業の現状と意識に関する質問紙調査を実施することにより、事業所の実施体制 及び実施状況を把握することを試みた。調査対象は、東京都内の事業所全753 か所を対 象に、質問票を送付した。回答は【Ａ票】（児童発達支援管理責任者） と【Ｂ票】（児童発 達支援管理責任者以外の事業従事者） となっている。 本稿では、回答の内、自由記述の「放課後等デイサービスの運営実施体制における課題」、 「放課後等デイサービス従業者等の人材確保（この仕事に就く人を増やすには） や、スタッ フの質向上における課題」を中心に分析している。 結果、どの事業所も従事者も給与体系や待遇条件によって人材確保や人材育成に困難を 感じている。一方で研修の必要性を強く感じていて、内部・外部の研修への参加を希望し ている。また、従事者の回答ではスーパービジョンを受けたいとの要望も挙がっている。今 後、研修制度の充実やスーパービジョンの提供が放課後等デイサービスを向上させるために 重要となってくる。 |
